Symphony Atom 3 Factory Reset from Settings Menu

1. Power on your phone and unlock it.
2. Open the Settings app.
3. Tap on Backup & Reset and then Factory data reset.

4. Now tap on RESET PHONE. If asked to enter the Passcode or PIN, enter the same and tap on ERASE EVERYTHING.

5. Now, all the data will be wiped, and the device should reboot.

Hard Reset Symphony Atom 3 via Factory Mode

1. First of all Power off the device.
2. Press and hold Volume Down and Power buttons together for few seconds.
3. Release the Power button as soon as you see the Symphony Logo on the screen.
4. Release the Volume Down button when the device boots into Factory Mode.
5. Choose "Clear eMMC" from the list of options using Volume buttons and select it using the Power button.
6. That's it, Factory Hard Reset is now performed.

Hard Reset Symphony Atom 3 from Recovery Mode

1. First of all, Power off your phone.
2. Boot Symphony Atom 3 into Recovery Mode.
3. From the Recovery Mode menu, choose "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons and press the Power button to confirm.

4. In the next step, choose "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm the operation.

5. Now, the data and settings should be wiped.
6. Once done, the Recovery Mode menu should appear. Choose "reboot system now".
