1. Power on your phone and unlock it.
2. Open the Settings app.
3. Tap on Backup & Reset and then Factory data reset.

4. Now tap on RESET PHONE. If asked to enter the Passcode or PIN, enter the same and tap on ERASE EVERYTHING.

5. Now, all the data will be wiped, and the device should reboot.

Hard Reset Intex Cloud Swing from Recovery Mode

1. First of all, Power off your phone.
2. Boot Intex Cloud Swing into Recovery Mode.
3. From the Recovery Mode menu, choose "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons and press the Power button to confirm.

4. In the next step, choose "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm the operation.

5. Now, the data and settings should be wiped.
6. Once done, the Recovery Mode menu should appear. Choose "reboot system now".
