Step 1: Turn on the device and unlock it.

Step 2: Open Settings app.

Step 3: Tap on Backup & Reset and then Factory data reset.

Step 4: Now tap on RESET PHONE. If asked to enter the Passcode or PIN enter the same and tap on ERASE EVERYTHING.

Step 5: Now all the data will be wiped and the device should reboot.

Method 2: Hard Reset Acer Liquid Glow from Recovery Mode

Step 1: First of all Power off your device.

Step 2: Boot Acer Liquid Glow into Recovery Mode.

Step 3: From Recovery Mode menu choose “wipe data/factory reset” using Volume buttons and press Power button to confirm.

Note: After Acer Liquid Glow Hard Reset you may be required to enter the previously used Google Account details while setting up the device. This is a Security feature added by Google starting from Android 5.0 Lollipop and this feature is called Factory Reset Protection (FRP).
