Sugar Y12 Factory Reset from Settings Menu

  1. Power on your phone and unlock it.
  2. Open the Settings app.
  3. Tap on Backup & Reset and then Factory data reset.

  1. First of all, Power off your phone.
  2. Boot Sugar Y12 into Recovery Mode.
  3. From the Recovery Mode menu, choose "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons and press the Power button to confirm.
